Divorce Planning Partners, directed by Michael Kwiatkowski, Certified Financial Divorce PractitionerTM, CFDP® has a simple mission:
To help our clients achieve an equitable settlement that provides short- and long-term financial stability. We do this using our financial expertise, experience and dedicated divorce planning software, prior to or during a divorce. We want to design the best possible financial settlement for the client.
Divorce Planning Partners understands that each client has unique needs. Our role, in conjunction with the client's attorney, is to help the client make intelligent, well-informed decisions about property settlement and income needs, including assistance with the Comprehensive Financial Statement, if needed. Our ultimate goal is to provide the client with greater financial independence, peace of mind and long-term security.
- Mike has been working with divorced and divorcing individuals since 1992.
- Mike has earned the designation of Certified Financial Divorce Practitioner TM CFDP® from the Academy of Financial Divorce Practitioners and has completed training by Carol Ann Wilson, a preeminent divorce planning professional in the United States.
- Divorce Planning Partners' clients are people going through the divorce process. Typical clients have a family net worth of $1,000,000 or more, excluding the value of the family home.
